Diamond
All About Diamond: Diamond is a female crossbreed of 6.5yrs.
Diamond is a lovely dog who has had an awful past, her owner having committed suicide and she was left alone with him for a number of days. This has changed her completely, leaving her scared and a very anxious girl.
After Diamond being taken in by a close friend of her late owner, they are sadly not able to keep her due to her not fitting in with the other resident dogs. Diamond is not aggressive and has never hurt the other dogs but due to her anxiety and depression she is vocal towards them.
Ideally, Diamond needs a new home where she is the sole dog so that she can come to terms with her loss and her needs be concentrated upon, however she could live with another calm and well-balanced dog
Due to Diamond's needs and distress, she is looking for a new home where any children are of older teenage years.
Diamond is a very loving dog and just wants constant attention and reassurance.
Diamond's past life involved lots of camping and she loves being outdoors and going on long hikes.
Diamond will need an understanding new family that are able to give her the time and space to adjust to her loss and bring some joy back into her life.
Diamond is in the PRESTON, Lancashire area.
