Blu & Hudson
All About Blu & Hudson: Blu & Hudson are male Dogue de Bordeauxs of nearly 5yrs (in November) and nearly 2yrs (in July).
BLU: Blu suffers from seasonal Alopecia, but copes with this well. Blu has no other ongoing health issues. Blu reacts on a lead to squirrels, cats, and some, although not all, other dogs. Blu is a bit of a grumpy old man, he hates having people in his face. Blu is unknown around children.
HUDSON: Hudson still thinks he Is a puppy, and doesn’t think twice about jumping all over you when you are sitting on the sofa. Hudson is really good on the lead. When off lead, if you call “come”, more often than not, he will come back!. Hudson is good with other dogs and with children, although he does have a tendency to jump up and “paw” at things. If Hudson sees a cat, he will lay down and stare at it.
Blu & Hudson are happy to be left on their own. Due to their strength and size, Blu and Hudson are currently having to be walked separately. Neither Blu & Hudson have lived with children or cats.
Ideally, it is hoped that they could stay together in their new home. If we cannot find a home for them together, ideally Hudson would need to be homed with another Dogue de Bordeaux or large breed dog as he has always had Blu as company.
